I only saw results, week after week
I started training with Bodydynamics 3 months ago – and since then, I only saw results, week after week. As a very skinny and lean teenager, all I ever wanted was to feel good about myself and gain muscle.

My training sessions are always being changed up, and you never know for sure what the next workout is going to be until she walks in and suprises you. It never becomes boring or repetitive. I still cannot believe how much stronger I am than when I first started. I train 3 days per week with her, and if I get time – I try to go the the gym close by to keep fit. I also started a diet in June this year, and have been following it for 12 weeks, only adding Whey Protein as a supplement.
