Drop-in Sessions


o you have an unpredictable schedule? Do you want a Personal Trainer but cannot commit?
Drop-in sessions are ideal for the busy and travelling individual.

Schedule some Drop-In sessions and schedule your sessions when you would like them and train as and when you please – “Pay as you Train”. Drop-In Rates are 80% of our normal rates, you can book sessions one week in advance and there are no obligations to continue, no monthly costs but all the benefits of a professional workout!

  • Our Drop-in rate is equal to 80% of our normal session rate.
  • Drop-in Sessions are purchased upfront, sessions to be scheduled during off-peak time slots preferably or dependant on confirmation of trainer availability.
