I am fitter and stronger and more toned that I have ever been

I have always hated going to the gym, I just find it’s such a sterile and cold environment. I had a habit of signing up a new membership when I got to the stage of being totally fed up with my body, training like a madman for 2 weeks, always to the point where I could barely move from being so stiff and sore, and then giving up after 2 weeks. I think my mistake was that I didn’t know how to use the machines properly, I wasn’t doing any own body weight training, and literally just exercising incorrectly.
I started training with Adele in August 2013 and since then I haven’t looked back. The warm up session alone used to nearly kill me but Adele was always so encouraging and always reassured me that I would become fitter and be able to perform all the exercises. I think the first time I had to do jack-knives, I couldn’t even lift myself off the floor – but she was right – through hard work and persistence I can do those jack-knives.
I am fitter and stronger and more toned that I have ever been, and I literally look forward to my training sessions now – even if I have had a bad night’s sleep (which often happens with 3 boys aged 6 and under) and I feel tired, I just know that the workout session will leave me feeling revived and ready to face the day.
Adele is an amazing personal trainer, she is completely dedicated and so encouraging. She is always “upping my game” and adjusting our training sessions to my level of fitness and of course, my desired results.
The thing that always amazes me is how fit and toned I have become doing exercises with a mat, ball, step, two dumbbells, and few other pieces of equipment, compared to the expensive machines at the gym – you can run on an expensive treadmill for hours and it won’t come close to the effects achieved through the kind of training that I do with Adele.
