Guilt Free Snacks for those warm summer days!
-1 cup Greek Yogurt
-1 Tsp Honey
-1 cup Blueberries
-1 cup melted sugar-free peanut butter
Place the peanut butter and honey in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Pour the Greek yogurt in the muffin pan/cupcake holders/mould, and then top with the peanut butter and honey mixture. Add 3-4 blueberries on top. Freeze until solid for about 60 minutes.
