An old favourite, without all the extra sugary nasties!
These Banana Bread Muffins blew us away! We definitely didn’t expect them to come out this yummy; they are guilt-free, nutritious AND delicious!
What I loved about this recipe was that it was super easy and fast to make. You literally only put all the ingredients in a food processor and then into the muffin pans. Absolutely no mixing bowls involved! What a bargain.
I love to have these muffins as breakast or as a yummy post-workout treat.
-175 g Oats
-3 Bananas (nice and ripe;the sweeter the better)
-5 pitted medjool dates
-2 Tbsp almond nut butter
-1 Tbsp honey
-1 tsp Baking soda
-1 tsp cinnamon
-Almonds (optional) .
Simply mix all the ingredients together with a food processor (make sure that the mixture is mixed well/nice and fine, especially the medjool dates). Top with chopped almonds if you prefer.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prep muffin tins with some cooking spray Bake for about 15-18 minutes and enjoy!
